Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 21, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through fafaang.com and the faFaang desktop application operated by fafaang.com.

1. Plans

fafaang.com currently offers paid access plans for the faFaang desktop application, including:

  • Weekly subscription plans billed on a recurring basis; and
  • Lifetime plans billed as a one-time purchase.

2. No Refunds

All purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds once a paid plan has been purchased, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

  • change of mind;
  • partial use of a subscription period;
  • failure to use the service after purchase;
  • dissatisfaction with features available at the time of purchase; and
  • accidental purchases made by the user.

3. Weekly Subscription Cancellation

Weekly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time.

If you cancel a weekly subscription:

  • future renewals will stop; and
  • your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current billing period.

4. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Because access is granted after purchase, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced an unauthorized transaction, contact us promptly at support@fafaang.com.

We may request reasonable information to investigate the issue.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or payment instrument details.
